Author and marriage and family therapist Nicole Zasowski knows that it’s difficult to trust joy and find the courage to celebrate when you have endured seasons of disappointment and despair. 

But what about when life is great? What about when miracles do happen,  when things do work out, when joy is in abundance and life really is worth celebrating? 

Like many who’ve weathered the storms of life, author and therapist Nicole Zasowski lived her  life terrified of celebrating. After experiencing prolonged seasons of hurt and disappointment,  she had become highly suspicious of joy, afraid to enjoy the good things in life for fear they  would be snatched away. In her new book, What If It’s Wonderful?  Nicole shares with us her approach to Release Your Fears, Choose Joy, and Find the Courage to Celebrate.
